Fourth Sunday of Lent
Fourth Sunday in Lent – Gospel Reflection
In this Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus restores sight to a man who had been blind from birth. With compassion and authority, Christ brings light where there was darkness and hope where there had been struggle. The miracle reveals more than physical healing. It shows that Jesus opens our eyes to the truth of who He is.
At first the man can only explain what happened to him, but as the story unfolds his faith grows stronger. While others question and doubt, he boldly proclaims what Christ has done in his life. When he finally encounters Jesus again, he recognizes Him and believes.
This Gospel reminds us that Christ continues to open our eyes today. In the middle of Lent, we are invited to see more clearly, to recognize God at work in our lives, and to grow in faith as true disciples.
Join us for Holy Mass as we reflect on the light of Christ who leads us out of darkness and into the joy of His presence.
