Easter Sunday Holy Mass (10:30 A.M.)

Apr 5, 2026

In today’s Gospel, Mary Magdalene comes to the tomb early in the morning and finds the stone rolled away. Peter and the beloved disciple run to see for themselves, discovering the empty tomb just as Jesus had foretold. In that moment, confusion begins to give way to faith, and the first light of the Resurrection dawns.

Easter proclaims the victory of Christ over sin and death. The empty tomb is not a sign of loss, but of hope fulfilled and new life begun. What once seemed like an ending has become the beginning of salvation for all.

As we gather for Holy Mass on this joyful day, we celebrate the risen Lord who brings light into our darkness and life into our hearts. May we, like the disciples, come to believe more deeply and rejoice in the promise of the Resurrection.
