Twenty-second Sunday in Ordinary Time

At a meal with the Pharisees, Jesus teaches the value of humility.

He tells His followers to take the lowest place, reminding us that true honor comes from God, not from status or recognition. He also calls us to serve those who cannot repay us the poor, the crippled, the lame, and the blind.

In this Gospel this Sunday, we are invited to reflect on how we live out humility and generosity in our own lives, trusting that our reward will be great in heaven.
