Solemnity of the Christian Family

In today’s Gospel, we hear of the young Jesus remaining in the Temple while His parents, Mary and Joseph, search for Him in great anxiety. When they find Him, He reminds them that He must be in His Father’s house. This moment reveals both His divine mission and His loving obedience as He returns home with them to Nazareth.

As we celebrate the Solemnity of the Christian Family, we are reminded that faith begins at home—through love, patience, and shared devotion. Like the Holy Family, may our homes be places where Christ is known, honored, and loved.
