In this Sunday’s Gospel, Jesus teaches His disciples how to pray by offering them the words of the Our Father.
He reminds them, and us, that God is a loving Father who hears our prayers and responds with goodness. Through the parable of the persistent friend, we are encouraged to pray with faith, trust, and perseverance.
“Ask and you will receive; seek and you will find.”
This is a powerful reminder that prayer is not just about asking. It is about relationship with our heavenly Father.
